Update to breast lift/aug/revision

WORTH IT$7,500
Following up to the revision project Dr Smart performed in 2017. He did exactly what I requested (see previous review/pics), and I was thrilled with the results for quite some time. Unfortunately, age and gravity aren't exactly kind, so I finally decided to take Dr. Smart's advice and go with implants specific for my situation (2020). Once again, his recommendations and expertise exceeded my expectations.

Dr Smart and his staff have been excellent, from consultation to procedure. He was the only surgeon I consulted with who didn't immediately suggest implants to correct my asymmetry. Most assume the patient always wants to be bigger--not the case for me. Dr Smart was open to my request for a reduction of my larger breast, and suggested a lipo/lift combo, to achieve symmetry. Procedure day, his staff was incredibly kind and explained everything, in great detail. My nurse was fantastic and so was my anesthesiologist. I was very nervous and they made me feel extremely comfortable. I am one day post op and have next to no pain. I have only needed two doses of prescription pain medication; otherwise, the pain is easily manageable with ibuprofen. I also have no bleeding/oozing and my sutures are neatly dressed. I have slight bruising from the lipo, which I expect will get worse before better. Overall, I imagine I'll be a large B cup, once healed. I didn't take before pics, but will post after pics shortly!

Update on unilateral lipo/lift of asymmetrical breasts

Don’t think I did my initial review correctly, after reading it! I had severe asymmetry, prior to the surgery, after a massive staph infection and rejection of implants, in 2001. I did not want implants again, as I was terrified of another rejection. He performed a lift/lipo in on my larger breast, to match my smaller one. Some might not think my results are ideal, but they were exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks so much! I think he’s pretty awesome myself, especially considering what he had to work with
Your result is perfect!
Thank you! So much better than it was, for sure

My breasts have been asymmetrical since my early teens (small B/large D cups). I had a breast augmentation/lift in 2001, which resulted in a staph infection/abscess and subsequent removal of implants and a large amount of my own breast tissue, 6 months later.

Fast forward 15 years and one pregnancy, and my breast were still asymmetrical, but also scarred from the first surgery. A large amount of my own tissue regenerated while I was pregnant, from weight gain, but I was still about a cup and a half off in size. Overall though, I was happy with my left breast, which was a B cup. My right breast, however, was a D and extremely saggy, with an areola roughly twice the size of the left. I was not, interested in implants again.
