Just realized how long it's been since my surgery! I'm happy to report they are fully healed. No more pain, or uncomfortableness when trying to sleep, hardly any numbness at all and the best part is I'm finally in a real bra...I NEVER thought I'd be excited about wearing a bra..I usually despise them... but it was getting really old trying to find work clothes that covered my sports bra straps..
I could not be happier with my results! I was a little worried I might have gone too large the first few days, but once the swelling went down and they started dropping I calmed down. I am so happy I listened to Dr. Smart and went with the 505ccs. I love that I will finally feel better about myself when wearing bikinis & lingerie while not looking inappropriate or too top heavy for my body size when dressed for work or running errands.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Smart and his entire team! He really took the time to get to know me and get a full understanding of what I was wanting. He was very thorough and answered any concerns I had, no matter how silly they were. His nurse MiMi was an absolute beautiful angel, she's very comforting and made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in for surgery. I think anyone in the DFW area that is considering any kind of cosmetic procedure should go visit Dr. Smart & his team. Oh and not to mention, he did a GREAT job!! My breast are gorgeous & exactly what I wanted! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Smart!!

They look perfect on you!!!
Awe thank you so much!!
What profile did you get? Sorry if you already posted it
High profile, under the muscle silicon gummy bears
Thank you for replying! :) they look great.
They look great and fit your frame very well. they are big but not overwhelming and taking attention away from the rest of you.! I'm hoping to get results similar to this. 505 ccd ail hopefully give me a full D
Thank you for the kind words :) I am in a 32DDD, had planned on being a full D and going with 450 before trying on the sizers. I don't think I would have been happy with anything under 500
Its really interesting how the same amount of CC's can look so different on different people! I think I read that you got 505 cc's they look perfect on you. On some people they look too small or too big! how tall are you?
It is crazy! I'm 5'3 and weigh around 110. When I was trying on sizers it was a full room with my mom, cousin, doc and 2 nurses. We were all laughing about how on most 505 would be huge, but for some reason on my petite body they weren't! Haha
I also decided on 505. I'm only 5 feet tall but, agreed, they didn't look massive on me either. I think the trick is, you have to have the hips and waist to support them, otherwise you get the "top heavy look" but if your waist is small and your hips are wide, it evens everything out. Just my opinion. Anyways, enjoy them!
Agreed! When is your surgery?
April 4th! I' so excited :) I've always had small breast. this will be very new for me but totally worth it. I lost over 40 lbs after pregnancy and i think I deserve it!
You SO deserve it!! Congratulations on the weight loss, that's a major accomplishment. Best of luck, can't wait to see your updates & progress!
I got 400/450cc and 450/500cc M+, and I hated it. I'm 5'5 120lb, and it's looks too big for me but your looks so good.
Thank you!! Sorry you hated yours, did you have you're redone? I'm so sorry you were u happy with yours. My biggest fear was going too small or too big, it's a fine line.
I don't mind big, but mine come out to the side!

It's been a rough week, but totally worth it! NEW PICS!!

I am soooooo in love with my new boobies! My PS ended up going with 505cc, I was seriously worried up until the minute i was on the surgery table but I'm so happy I trusted him, I LOVE THEM!! I am still pretty sore, which was expected, but I think I may have also over done it this week. I definitely could have used a little more rest & recovery time but I was already dreading the amount of work I had waiting on me after taking off 3 days. Doing outside sales I am constantly driving around, getting in and out of my car, and walking miles in heels so I've stayed away from the pain pills for the most part. I am excited to go back Monday to get my stitches out and hear how the doc thinks they are healing. I do have a pretty large bruise on my left bruise but I'm not concerned... it;s pretty common right?! How long should I sleep in the sports bra? I think wearing this thing 24/7 is the most annoying part of this whole process!!

I still sleep in a sports bra and Im at 6 months post revision. You will dind that it just feels more comfortable having them contained. :-)
I meant "find"
from the posts that I have read (and I have read tons...lol) the length of time in the post surgery bra seems to vary a lot from doctor to doctor.
How are you doing now?? Would love to see an update!
Just posted new pics. I'm pain free & absolutely in love with them :)

Day 2! Loving them!

Can't believe how much easier today was compared to the last 2 days. I'm still sore of course but I've been getting around much easier. Today was the first time for me to take the bra off and shower so I finally got to see them & I am so happy with how they turned out!! They are still swollen but once they form and set over the next few weeks I know I'll love them even more!
