More Amazing Than I Ever Expected!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Richardson and his staff. Even after researching I was very nervous about what the potential outcome could be for me with this procedure. The office itself is very clean, welcoming, and beautiful. I was helped by Julie and Kelley alongside Dr. Richardson. They were so sweet help and helpful, I felt very welcome and not like another patient they want to get in and get out. Dr. Richardson took his time during our consultation to make sure to ask me what I wanted, explain the procedure, expectations, potential risks, what to expect, aftercare, and answered any and all questions/concerns I had.
The procedure itself was very quick and painless. We were able to pause and Dr. Richardson would show me progress along the way to make sure I was happy with how things were turning out. Once the procedure was done, he made sure once again I was happy with what we accomplished and continued to answer even more of my questions to make sure I did everything I needed to post-procedure.
I cant express how much I love my nose now. It was something I have always been incredibly self-conscious about. The instant effects and dramatic difference for how easy and painless it was is still so incredible! Thank you so much to Dr. Richardson, Julie, and Kelley for being so wonderful and truly living up to all the wonderful reviews that also help put me at ease! :)
