I Had an Amazing Experiece with Dr. Richardson

Prior to seeing Dr. Richardson, I was previously seen by a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon for concerns I had with under eye sagging. I chose him based on his credentials and good reviews. I was dissatisfied based on the lack of communication during the consultation and procedure (fillers). I also wasn’t satisfied with the results of the fillers. In search for an alternative, I came across Dr. Richardson, also based on his credentials and good reviews. I was so satisfied with the consultation as Dr. Richardson took a lot of time to answer all my questions and give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. At no point did he pressure me into undergoing any procedures. He and his staff were all extremely professional, not arrogant (as I’ve found in a lot of doctors and plastic surgeons), and continue to treat me as a valued patient. I chose to move forward with transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, CO2 Laser resurfacing, and mole removal. The results of the blepharoplasty are amazing, but I was disappointed with the limited results of the laser resurfacing. I do, however, appreciate that Dr. Richardson was not overly aggressive with the laser treatment, which may inflict scarring. After my procedures, which were done in one visit, Dr. Richardson called the same day and followed-up a couple more times to see how I was recovering. I’ve never had that care from a doctor before. I highly recommend Dr. Richardson, as he is professional, careful, informative, and a self-proclaimed perfectionist.
