I thought about having something done for awhile. I decided to get the free consultation with Dr. Troung and I liked the office staff and him, so I decided to go for the lower facelift. I am 62 years old and a teacher and not anywhere ready to retire, but I had such saggy cheeks that I really looked older than I felt. I did have to finance the procedure, but I also felt like I could continue to work longer if I didn't look so old! The procedure itself was nothing. Get the IV ,wake up, and its over! There was very little actual pain and the pain pills took care of that. I went to have the bandage removed and was I shocked! I had wavy wrinkles, that to me were worse than the saggy ones! I was devastated! I went home but did not come out of my room for about 4 days! I called the office and was told to come in that day. Everyone was so nice but I felt like even Dr. Troung was surprised! Dr. Troung kindly stood by the chair handing me tissues and assuring me that it would get better! I really didn't believe him but what could I do? At least it was summer and I was off work until the first of August! I went in the next week and the wrinkles were a little better! I decided right then to have the Laser Resurfacing that Dr. Troung recommended. He said for sure the wrinkles would be gone after that. I was desperate to have it before I had to return to work and luckily there was just enough time in between procedures to work it out! I was scheduled for July 24th! It was a bigger deal than the face lift! Again, there wasn't much pain but it was gross looking for sure! The first few days my eyes were pretty much stuck together. Lots of gooey, crusty seepage elsewhere. Lots of cleaning and care that first week. Honestly, it turned out to be more than I expected! Everyday got better and today I am thrilled with the results! Would I do it again? Absolutely! In a heartbeat! I believe that Dr. Troung truly cares about his patients and I believe he would have tried to fix my wrinkly cheeks even if I had not been able to do the Laser Resurfacing!

You look beautiful, Deanna! So good that I decided to check out your doctor as I am in the beginning stages of finding my own surgeon. I think you may be his best work though. I wasn't impressed with any of his other face lift before and afters. He does do beautiful work with fillers though!

Oh gosh! Thank you! None of my fellow teachers have said anything about my "new face"! I was starting to wonder if they just couldn't see a difference!

You look great...you only mentioned a lower face procedure. Did you have any brow or eye work?

Thank you for your comments. No, I did not have any eye or eyebrow procedures at all. I think the laser resurfacing takes care of a lot.
I did have the IV and no general! Good luck and If you other questions ask! I also have other pictures as well.
how are you? my name is sissi, from fresno too, I am 43 years with a sad old looking face, I been a single mother for 18 years I never spend a dime on my self not even on a good lotion everything was for my kids , now that my baby is 18, I think I can start saving up , I was wondering what is the cost approx. of the face lift, with Doctor Troung ..I don't want a call for a consultation yet I am afraid to get discourage once I get the price cost $$$$...... you look soooo beautiful even before the surgery...I hope you don't mind the question and my bad spelling. thank you so much. .God bless you...
