I'm so thrilled with my results. My nipples are peeling, to a pink hue. I've experienced this each time I have had surgery and it's not a big deal just happens! I feel so grateful everyday for these dramatic results. My recovery time is longer than most, dunno why- it's just my experience. Everything/suture/dermal glue stayed in tact. I can't wait to go bra shopping and when I'm ready be intimate and for the first time ever feel confident.

My two previous breast augmentation left me with continual issues. Capsular contracture, double bubble, bottoming out, major assymetry. Dr. Riolo Gabe me a thorough consult, told me realistically what she could do and boy did she change my whole entire life for the BETTER. She is an incredible surgeon. Please feel free to email me questions. I got so fortunate when I was told by a surgical tech about how meticulous she is!!!

wow great results!!!! Good for you:)
Thank you, I'm beyond happy and now I'm a 36B when before I was a DD.
You got great results! You and all of the others who share your stories and pictures help those of us considering the procedure. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! I had a hard time finding posts I could relate too, which is really why I had to post. Are you in Cali? It was the best decision I ever made.
You're welcome! I'm in Missouri. I've had two BAs also. One was saline and I had a rupture after 10 years. Replaced with gummy bears, which I've had for 10 years. Both under the muscle. I was in the Mentor study, so I got them before they were FDA-approved. As most of us are, I'm unsure and concerned about what my result might be. I've been fortunate that I've had no problems with my implants in the past and they look and feel as real as possible, although they're way too big for my frame, IMO. I was reading something about implants recently and discovered that even the gummy bears need to be replaced eventually, and that they can rupture, etc. - I thought, I'm not replacing them, I will just get them out! I don't know what chemicals might be leaching into my body. I don't want future surgery hanging over my head. I've also begun recently to get mild pains in my right breast shooting into my arm. It all looks so clear to me now - what have I done to myself?! All these surgeries, all the risk, all the money! I should have left my body alone! It seems like madness in retrospect. I am a Christian now and I think that has given me some clarity and perspective on the situation also. So what if I have small breasts, who really cares, what was the big deal? They're actually better suited to my body overall anyway! I got the initial implants when after breastfeeding they kind of deflated. I was a small B, but no longer pert. So I became a C with the first set. Now I'm a D, as PS had to put in a larger size due to being stretched out with the first set. I actually feel ridiculous and embarrassed that I've done this. If I could get back to myself without looking deformed, I'd be good with that. I would almost certainly need a lift, I'm thinking. What was that like for you pain-wise, recovery-wise, scar-wise? Also did you have a capsulectomy, and if so, how did that affect your recovery? Did you have under-the-muscle implants? Thanks!
They look amazing. I too have capsular contractions and a leak. I am so nervous about having these implants taken out. Unless you have an extremely skilled PS you could end up with scar tissue because they have to take the entire capsule around the implant. So glad you had success. I am from Massachusetts and we have phenomenal Dr here but I have yet to see anyone with results, from PS in mass., posted on this website.
Thank you so much! I honestly was so nervous about my results in generally because there are not a lot of before and afters out there that I felt made me wanna go for the surgery at all lol. I found my surgeon via Internet and a friends refferal. My main concern on any surgeons website was, I did not want to go to anyone that posted large breasts on the majority of their cases! I looked for smaller perky breasts with all plastic surgeons I considered for surgery. I really was looking for someone to get me into that small perky breasts arena. If that makes sense!
Yes that does make sense and Thanks for your reply. Sorry I'm thanking you so late. I was off the radar for a while!! Again they look fabulous.
I noticed that you have drains. How long did the Dr. Keep them in? Are you from CA? If not did you stay for a while. I'm from Boston and was wondering if they have an aftercare facility.
I forgot to ask you what size are you now? I'm a DD and I hope to be a C after removal and lift/reduction.
Hi! I'm actually bigger than an A, but not quite a full B!
Hi I’m 49 and have saline implants. It’s been just over ten years that I’ve had them and I’m ready for them to GONE. When I got my implants I weighed 120 now I weigh much more and trying to lose weight before I have an explant. I’ve been looking on here trying to find examples of what I want done and finally you posted. I was wondering is there complications removing the implants and is there bruising? I saw some photos of horrible bruising from an explant. I’m a D cup and would like to be a B cup. I was a A cup before my implants and I had a lift. I want to explant and lift at same time. Was the surgery to remove just as painful as to put them in? Mine are under my muscle. And oh boy that hurt. I healed rather fast with my implants though. Can you give more detail of the procedure and the lift? Also was this Dr expensive? Was explanting more or less expensive than getting a BA? Thanks for your story. I’m really wanting them small like what you have
