Hey lashes I am new to this site but reading all of your reviews and watching the progress is truly amazing! So I have gone to 3 different surgeons ....1 says I may need a lift firat and the other two say that I can fill them nicely with a 350 cc or 400cc ..I would love to have some opioins and feedback from you all:) I have one more appointment on the 14th to choose size and the Doc says most likely Feb will be my month for surgery! I am boy on excited

Im day 2 post opp i got 460cc overs ultra high profile . Before 34c wanting the result of 34dd/ 34e which my surgeon said i would get with this size . Before i did have a nice shape but wanted more projection and fuller breast thats why my surgeon suggested ultra high profile allergan implants. I am very tight and swollen at the minute but loving my result so far . Im 5ft4 10stone and very curvy on the bottom end lol so wanted to match big boobies with the bootie good luck :) x

I'm in the same position as you. I'm afraid I will not get the results that I am looking for without an lift . My surgery day is February 26 , I'm hoping I don't have to go back for another surgery!

Ugh so I have found myself worrying alot ...what if I regret not doing a lift...I guess I keep thinking of I am borderline then I shouldn't risk all that scaring for nothing if I don't need it...I'm so scared they are going to be gross and really low anyone who can ease my mind?

Your boons look very similar to mine before I had them done. I saw 5 doctors and 4 out of 5 told me to do the lift with an implant, and one doctor was very forward with me and told me that yes, I do have droopy boobs but first see what a regular breast implant will do to your breasts first and then decide of you still want a lift, so you don't suffer the scarring. My doctor put a breast implant over the muscle to fill out my excess skin. So far it looks great even without a lift, but that could be due to the fact that I'm only 3 weeks post opp and I still have time to drop!!

Ok I would love some examples girls! These are my pictures ...I have decided NOT to do a lift implants only... doc says dual-plane procedure will work best and biggest I can go is 400cc's. ...I am desperately looking for some who was happy with their choice of no lift

I do not want to do a lift either but worried about more sagging later on...I do not want that scar..do you have a specific reason? Are you totally decided?

Hey! Yes I am totally 100% I am trusting my doctor I go on February 17th so nervous and excited at the same time do you have a date yet? Did a doc tell you you are borderline as well

I am going in March 19th and so far told I do not need it but I think from research the lift would give a perkier look hence minimising sagging in the future..i dont know..but will just trust my guide
