Hi ladies! I've been stalking this site for the past month or so, and since my surgery is coming up on Monday, I decided it's probably time for me to post something. Here is a little of my backstory: I've been wanting to have a breast augmentation since I was a teenager, but it wasn't something I was ever really ready to go through with until I had my third (and last!) baby three years ago. I knew my boobs weren't getting any better or bigger at that point and decided it was definitely time to get serious about researching BA. I decided while my youngest was still a baby that I would have a BA around the time she turned three. My husband knows how badly I want implants and has been very supportive (he makes sure I know that he loves my boobs now, but he knows how much my confidence is affected by them). He agreed to me getting them in the Spring of 2014 since the "baby" would be three by then. So, I had a consultation with a doctor in my hometown at the beginning of February. I felt really good about him and was ready to make an appointment for surgery that day. However, since I was paying for my surgery out of pocket with no financing, I didn't have all of the money together at that time and needed to wait to schedule. In the meantime, I ended up talking to my aunt about her best friends daughter who had her BA thirty minutes away at a different doctor and had great results. My aunt set up a dinner for all of us to get together so I could ask questions and see her results first hand. Her boobs looked amazing and so natural! I decided to set up a consultation with her doctor and went to see him on March 5th. I felt really comfortable with him and very confident in his work. I had already decided that if he wasn't a jerk (lol) I was scheduling my surgery before I left his office. They did all of my pre-op stuff that day and put me on the schedule for the 10th. So anyway...my surgery is scheduled for this Monday, March 10th and I'm soooo excited! I've also been an emotional wreck for the past week just thinking about how quickly it's coming up and of course being nervous about anesthesia, and either going too big or too small or just regretting having it done in general. I'm going with 405cc Sientra smooth round HP under the muscle with incision in the crease. My stats are 5'4", 112 lbs, 32 a/aa (depending on the bra). I'll try to update again on Monday right before surgery and of course after. Can't wait!

Surgery was yesterday!

I tried updating yesterday but my phone deleted it before I could post. Anyway, surgery went great and I had no issues. I was in a little bit of pain last night, but nothing major. Just been taking Motrin every few hours. This morning is a different story though...I didn't sleep well and I woke up in a lot of pain at 6:30. I think it's because my local anesthesia around the incision has worn off and now I can feel that too. It's still not unbearable, but it's definitely not comfortable by any means. My boobs are really high and tight right now. They look pretty bad as far as the shape goes, but I know they'll start to drop and soften, so I'm not too worried. I'm pretty excited to see how they progress over the next few weeks and months!

Another before and after pic

Both of these pics were taken the day of surgery. Top was before (obviously), and bottom was after. What a crazy difference already!

Hey! I'm 16 and I'm a 32 A size bra. The thing is I'm the only one among my friends and family to have such small boobs, my boyfriend says he loves them too but they haven't grown for ages, maybe it's cause I used to sleep with a top on, the thing is that I'm thinking of getting a BA when I'm 18 cause yours look so amazing!

All the women in my family have big boobs and my aunt kept telling me I would get them...but I never did. I would have gotten them sooner, but I just never had the money when I was younger. As long as you're doing it for yourself then I would say go for it (when you're 18!)...just don't change your body for anyone else.

That's what my aunt also tells me, I used to be okay with my size but I get really embarassed everytime I see a girl my age with bigger boobs than me but also my mother is always reminding me of how small I am so that hurts and It makes me be even more insecure of myself. I just wanna get them done when I'm 18 to be okay with myself my boobs are the only thing I dislike. How much did it cost you btw?

I completely understand how you feel. I wish society didn't make girls feel bad for having small boobs, but unfortunately that's the way it is now. I wish I had wise words for you, but really nothing I say is going to change the way you view your body. Just try not to let it consume your thoughts. Anyway, enough sappiness lol...my surgery was $5500.
