Fractora RF and Forma RF

I had fractora RF in July 2018 and Sept 2018 and Forma RF in Oct 2018. The Fractora RF was not explained really well in terms of being sure I was hydrated prior to and after the procedure. a The consent form needed to be given the day before so I could have reviewed in carefully. The Forma RF was a nightmare. It was not explained thoroughly and I ended up loosing volume in my face. This was completely devastating. The spa found out after that it can "change" the shape of one's face and make it look slim. 2 problems here - first that was explained "after" I lost the volume and 2 , they denied that I actually lost fat in my face. When I completely know my face. The loss of volume was not listed in the consent form . They did not go over the procedure in detail prior to it and I made a bad decision by not slowing down the process. They also needed to provide paper instructions on everything. I was not followed up well as to how to take care of my skin and was told to go down to the drugstore to get something to moisturize my face. I felt completely not supported when I had issues with the volume loss. They did spend some time with me to go over the before and after pics, but after that I was told by the nurse she wanted to move on. There was no followup since then and I had been left on my on to figure out what changes were happening. It was a complete nightmare and horrible. My skin is extremely dry now and I can see the needle marks from the fractor RF . They followed the protocol fine, but weren't experience enough to know that everyone's skin is different and they needed to tailor it to my skin. The stress at times was unbearable. Stay away from heat treatments , radiofrequency, if done in inexperienced hands, results can be devastating.
