Microneedling and Microdermabrasion or Peel

I had my 4th microneedling treatment on Saturday Dec 2nd. She was more aggressive with my skin - same as my third treatment. I asked her to leave the numbing cream on longer this time so I didn't experience much discomfort - I only felt some pain when she did my forehead. Not much to add about what happened - same as the third treatment.
The more aggressive approach is working for me. I definitely see an improvement in my pore size and overall smoothness of my skin. About a week before my 4th treatment I was wondering if the cost of the treatment was worth my results and on that day I didn't think so. But a couple of days before the 4th treatments something happened and my skin improved a lot to me and now I feel the cost is worth the results. I am so excited to see what my skin is going to look like after the 6 microneedlings and 2 peels.
I'm only uploading two before pictures. Only the right and left side of my face. I was really puffy and swollen when I took the pictures and the full face pictures look rough (worse than my normal before full face). And I'll upload one after picture. While I still look rough it's not as bad as the before.

My esthetician was having a special so I purchased two additional microneedling sessions and two facial peels. So my totals treatments will be 6 microneedling sessions and two peels (The Perfect 10 Peel).
