Almost 7 weeks post and jogged for 30 minutes

So i was cleared by my surgeon of all restrictions. I was told just to ease into it slowly and gradually. I was able to jog slowly at 4.5 mph on my treadmill for 30 minutes and it was surprisingly a breeze. It felt great to get my body active after taking it so easy for 6 weeks. Im going to start out jogging every other day for 2 more weeks and then increase to 6 days a week.

New pics. Still swollen and yes there is a vertical scar, but stretch marks are gone!!!!
