I received a breast augmentation, going from an A to a C cup with a lift on one side to make my breasts symmetrical. I elected to use silicone implants, 350 ccs with a high profile. All of which were recommended by Dr. Rumalla, who was extremely helpful in guiding me to the decisions that were best for my body type.
