5 Month Update

Hello,

Now 5 months post-op and just had a follow up Dr Rumalla.

I have really appreciated the follow ups appointments. Everything is healing well and the results continue to look better.

The asymmetry has improved as they have softened and dropped. Some asymmetry still exists between the L & R, but, in fairness as a result of breast feeding the asymmetry was there prior to surgery. That said, I am very happy with the results. And, would definitely recommend Dr Rumalla to family and friends.

The surgery was smooth, the follow up is fantastic, the recovery was relatively easy and the healing process has gone well.

All in all- I am very happy and glad I did it!

See before and after photos, hope this helps!

Hello, Proud mother of 2 healthy children. Never...

Hello,
Proud mother of 2 healthy children. Never thought about breast augmentation prior to childbirth. I was a 34B. After breast feeding, I lost a lot of volume. And, was no longer able to fill out a 34B bra. I'm fairly tall, wide hips, fairly wide shoulders and found it difficult to find clothes that "fit" well and particularly didn't like the way I looked in dresses and swimsuits. I went on (2) consultations, both Dr's stated that I had slight ptosis (stage 1-2). And, slight assymetry (who doesn't after breast feeding 2 kids ;) On both consultations the Dr's were confident they could deliver on my desired outcome.
They both recommended a "lollipop" lift with silicone implants.
We elected to go with 475CC High Profile Mentor.
Recovery- Has been relatively easy. I took (5) days off work after surgery, and only took prescription pain medicine for (4) days after surgery. Days 3-10 were a little rough, adjusting to the lack of mobility, soreness/tightness and swelling. I am at (3) weeks now- with good mobility and just got the stitches out!
Overall I am happy. Close to & really want to be VERY happy but holding my breathe a little. One breast currently has not taken the same shape like the other.
At my 3 week apt. Dr Rummalla recommended that I start massaging them. He assured me they were right on track. And, to work the left one. Fingers crossed
I am happy with the size, happy with the surgery experience, happy with the recovery, happy with the office staff and happy with our choice in Dr Rumalla.
Dr. Rumalla provides an approachable, casual, and caring experience. He is candid and forthcoming with his professional opinion. All of which I appreciate. He provides an environment where you are not afraid to ask questions. He is available to his clients. We found him to be very genuine.
Only time will tell, if the left "takes shape" so the jury is still out on my overall satisfaction, but, thus far I am very pleased.
Hope this review helps, I will post updates along the way.
