I lost 50lbs and no matter how hard I worked out the loose skin would not tighten. I did it to look on the outside, like I felt on the inside. Couldn't be more happy about the results. I did have a pain ball and that was actually very beneficial because it reduced the amount of pains meds that I required. The worst part was the suit you need to wear 24/7 for the first several days. You need to shower and go to the bathroom in the suit for first several days and I hated that part, but the pain was tolerable. I have had several procedures done by this doctor since this surgery and all have turned out fantastic.

Thinking about having the same surgeries. About how long was your recovery time? Any complications?

I had absolutely no complications and believe it or not took a mile walk after about 4 days...obviously a slow walk!! I wore the compression suit for about 2 months, but If I remember correctly after a month or so I was able to only wear it 12 hours a day vs. 24 hours a day. I actually wore a black compression suit that went to my ankles, so it looked good with skirts and shorts. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself.

I'm schedule to have the same surgery on Dec 2015.. I'm excited but just as nervous. It's really good to hear & helps when I read your post. Can you post some pics? Thanks!
