Dr Mlakar did my rhinoplasty 5 days ago.
I go tomorrow for my first post op appt. I would say that it's not really painful. Just annoying. Make sure you have plenty of chap stick from breathing through your mouth. My mouth hurt more than anything from the intubation tube and the sutures inside. I will post pictures when I have had my splint removed.
