I have disliked the shape of my nose for almost as long as I can remember. After retiring from teaching, I decided to do something for myself. I looked through the phone book and saw Dr. Mlakar's information. After checking out his site on the internet and seeing before and after shots, I made an appointment. He, along with his nurse, Lori, were phenomenal. The compassion and expertise shown along with my beautiful new nose were more than I could have expected. I am so very pleased!

There is a reason Dr. Joseph Mlakar has been declared the "most compassionate" doctor. He is kind and understanding. It is obvious from the start that he really cares about his patients. Lori, his nurse, is so wonderful as well and I felt like I could ask her anything. When Dr. Mlakar showed computer images of what my nose looked like to start and how he could alter it sealed the deal. The amazing thing is that my nose now looks exactly like the after photo. He is truly an artist and extremely talented. Besides that, he is down to earth and never comes across as condescending like some physicians do. I love my nose as well as the fillers in my face he did after my nose healed. He is gentle, kind, and a fantastic plastic surgeon. I know I will never go elsewhere when I have any "work" to be done.
