I stumbled across U First Health during an online search for Laser Assisted Lipo. After numerous consultations with other surgeons for my flabby belly issues after having one child, I undoubtedly, decided to have Dr Tomas perform my inevitable tummy tuck, bar none. My reasons were based upon his professionalism as well as his caring staff, impressive credentials, state-of-the-art facility, latest innovation & techniques, honest assessment of ones needs, reasonable SX fee, no wait appointments, very friendly & knowledgeable staff and individualized concierge treatment. To be honest, the largest determining factor was seeing first-hand, his medical assistant’s tummy tuck results from 2 months prior. One very important factor is that my quote was all-inclusive and there were no hidden fees. I am very happy with my results along with the follow-up support from the staff. U First Health surpassed all expectations. The surgeon also makes a cute belly button :) Dr Tomas is a perfectionist and meticulously performed my full tummy tuck with muscle plication along with Triplex laser assisted lipo to the abdomen. He is also a well renowned no-mesh hernia repair surgeon. My recovery has been better than anticipated for a 49 year old. Bruising was virtually non-existent due to the laser assisted method of lipo and surgeon’s elite skills. My incision is thin. The only minor complication I experienced, was a split stitch in the center of my incision at the point of most pressure, at week two post op. Hence, I trimmed the exposed stitch and continued to heal nicely. I felt good at two weeks and probably over-did it, although, splitting stitches are relatively common.

Currently, I am at 6 weeks post op and have resumed all normal activity. The only aspect I may be dealing with is a bit of swelling in my waistline. I am treating my incision post-operatively with silicone sheets and bio oil. Although, I'm convinced my incision is small enough that it would heal fine without.
