Although Dr. Garramone seemed nice enough, my before and after photos show absolutely NO CHANGE in my inner thigh area after my liposuction treatment. I was expecting for it to work, and I was expecting to see very good results with an actual visual change in my legs. But there are zero results. My clothes don't even fit any better. I feel like the surgery and the money spent were wasted. I expressed this concerns to Dr. Garramone at all of my follow-up appointments, and then at my 6 month follow-up visit, he said that if I had wanted to see a "change in the shape of my leg," I would have needed to tell him that. But isn't that the point of liposuction??? To see a change in the shape of one's body by removing fat??? Terrible doctor. He said that he could do this for me if he went in and did more surgery, but that would cost $6,000. I can't even come close to affording that. I shouldn't have to pay for what SHOULD have been done the first time around.
