I requested filler for my nasal folds, chin, and a couple of deep small smile holes. I was not given any consultation about the procedure, and it appeared two weeks later as though nothing had been done. I went back to the office asking for a refund or partial refund and asked why it did not work and why some other procedure was recommended. They refused to refund me and said that a different procedure should have been done to accomplish what I wanted! I am still amazed that there was no consultation on Dr. Prendeville's part and that this entire incident occurred. I have been a client for 18 months and will not go back.
