I have been wanting to get breast augmentation for many years. I have gone to 1 consultation so far. I am wanting to get 2 more consultations and then decide on the surgeon. I'm so excited yet nervous to get my boobies! I'm undecided on 700 or 800 HP silicone. I'm shooting for more of a fake look....

Your bwd will dictate how big you can go for your first implants. Not all of us can fit XL implants on round 1. (XL is generally accepted to be 650cc + by most surgeons).
I was one of the ladies who could. I have 800s. First time.
As far as for the fake look...I have come to believe that the round, full upper pole look, is achieved through UHPs or overfilled saline, or sometimes, anatomicals, ONLY.
I have round silicone HPs and they have tons of lower pole fullness and look very natural. So do a lot of HPs! The other factor in how high they sit/end up, is the pre-op tissue amount. If you have very small breasts pre-op, with hardly any tissue, then it's harder to get the lower pole fullness that those of us with plenty of pre-op tissue, can achieve. I believe that is the key factor to having an idea what your post-op results will possibly look like. I've seen it over and over.
Lots of tissue tends to achieve a more natural, full lower pole, fluffy look (think Kate Upton). Very little tissue, tends to achieve the high, full upper pole look (think Carmen Electra).
Getting multiple consults is something I HIGHLY recommend to everyone! So, it's great you're doing that! Be clear on the look you want and find the doctor who has a history of achieving it, has experience with larger implants, is board certified, and most importantly, who is honest and who is on the same page with you and your vision!
Try not to get hooked on a certain goal cup size, or even a certain exact CC goal... find the look you want and take pics of it to your doctor. That's the best way to avoid disappoinment, and to get desired results. People who get a certain cup size in their head are more often disappointed because it's literally impossible to predict an end result size. Because we all "eat" CCs differently. Like for me, I am currently 6-8 cups larger than pre-op, depending on manufacturer. No way I would have guessed that or even asked for it! I love my results, but never would have guessed that I'd end up a 32I-J, and I'm not even 7 months post op yet... it could still change even more (I just had another fluff session a couple weeks ago! I grew another inch then!!) So, keep that in mind too... that results are not totally predictable or guaranteed. Our anatomy dictates it sooooooo much!
I'll add this...Xl implants are fun and can be very beautiful. Don't let anyone tell you they are too big or gross or stripperish, or any of that crap! If you want the big implants, get them. Unless your doctor had a MEDICAL reason why not, of course! Again, not everyone can fit 700-800s! I had a pre-op bwd of 15.2cm, which means that the max that could be fit into me, was the 800s. I was fortunate to be able to fit them, and had enough pre-op tissue to get the more natural, pillowy, results I wanted. So, be clear about what you really want with your doctor and find one who will help you get there. But remember, they are the expert, and sometimes they know best. On the other hand.... there are lots of docs (and other people) who just simply don't like XL implants. If you find those kinds of docs... avoid them. A doc that tries to talk you out of what you want because they don't "like" the way they look, is being unprofessional, and not the right doctor for an XL girl. Find one who's comfortable with ANY size and type of implants, and then follow his/her advice on what they can specifically do for your individual goals!
You're in the right place for info and support. Look around for ladies with a similar pre-op size, and body type, and boob type to you, and look at their results. That's the only way to see what your own results MAY look like. Those sexy models aren't realistic, unless you're built like them, and have the same pre-op boobs as them, too. These are the types of things I didn't know until I researched my butt off.
Results really do vary. And it's imperative to find bodies and boobs that look like you.
And remember that HP does NOT always give the high, full, round look..... in fact, not even usually. Unless it's saline and overfilled. They (overfilled saline) tend to look rounder. Also, the anatomicals may give those results too. Again, these things should be thoroughly discussed with your potential doctors. They will know how to get your body the results you prefer.
Keep doing research. Keep searching for the perfect doc for you. When you find girls on here that have the results you want... ask them questions! That's why we're here. I love helping people who are in the same boat as me. It's a small world and not everyone understands elective surgery. In fact, most don't. But we do. Those of us who've been there or are going there too. We get it.
So, I'm glad you're here! And welcome to the boobie family... almost!

I have found my surgeon! I really like her and her staff! She is professional and honest. I can’t wait to see my results!

I appreciate everything you’ve shared. Very important info to consider as I’m still in the research stage for my 2nd BA. I know that I will definitely not be seeing my previous dr here on Maui as I felt I didn’t get any of the results I was hoping for which first surgery was done 4 yrs ago. Being that I’m very broad on top, many can’t even tell
I had a vertical lift & 500 cc saline implants as I still have excess skin and my boobs are hanging with no upper pole fullness that I was too I’d have. Further more they are both completely in my armpit when laying down which is a huge disappointment.
Because of ridiculous cost here for a redo, I am considering going to California as Dr Mowlavi has been very kind and helpful through this site.
Still wanting a couple more consultations before making a decision.
Thanks again for the info you’ve provided!

Mima6...me?? If you're thanking me, you're very welcome. If you have to travel for surgery and are looking to get into xl implants, there are a number of docs who specialize in it and that people travel to see all the time.
Dr pousti and Dr revis both come to mind for that. There are others too. You just need to google xl implant docs. They pop up over and over if they do it a lot. Seriously...ask questions here to ladies who have results you want, and even the docs you're interested in. That's why we're all here! Hope you find the right doc and get the results you want soon! Hugs

Yes I recall reaching out to Dr Pousti and they were helpful
and he was confident he could help fix the problem based on pics I sent him. I wish I knew about this site prior to my first but I’m
Doing as much research needed to prepare me
For the next that I’m
Hoping will be last. I’m
Stuck between the 800
HP silicone or 1000
Cc saline
Which i was told Shouldn’t be a problem based on my frame. I’m just wondering if the weight between the two has much difference. I do want to go big And have the fake look but my husband really likes the side boob look so wondering if the HP will
Give me the nice upper fullness or will
It be more like the moderate plus which is what I have that gave me no fullness at all.
Maybe I should consider posting pics so others can see what my current situaion is.
Thank u again!

Yes...do a review so we can give you more personalized tips and help and support!!! That's a great idea.
As far as HP vs mod plus...hp is definitely more upper pole where mp is more width. If you want full upper pole, you might also want to look into UHP for that. Hp actually frequently gives that soft pillowy look. You can check out my review to see some 800 silicone HPs. I do not have tons of upper pole, but I definitely have some. They're more that soft pillowy look, like a Kate Upton or similar. And if I wanted a fuller upper pole I'd have looked into UHP instead if hp. So maybe you should do some comparisons and ask the docs you're talking to. Hautemama has a review with uhps. Her stats aren't what you're looking for, but you can see the look that the uhp gives. She's really petite with 550s...hut I personally think that shows someone more my size what to expect with bigger implants. It's a good gauge.
I'd say honestly that hp are the most versatile implants as far as profile and fullness without looking fake, imo. I honestly don't know much about saline. I knew I was interested in silicone early on, so I focused my research there, and the consults I went on both recommended silicone. So that's the way I went. As far as weight...my 800s are a total of about 5lbs. I believe my doc told me the saline are slightly heavier. So at the most, you're looking at a couple/few extra pounds or something over 5. I'm not sure. But you can look it up. And with a good support bra I don't think it's a huge issue. I know mine aren't sagging at all after over 18 months and it's because I always wear a bra. Always. Just do your research and know what you're getting into.
And keep looking around here!! Look for chicks with your type of boobs pre op and look for results you like. Use those to help yourself and ultimately your doc figure out how to get you there.
Hope some of that was useful! Have a great day!!

Nice!! So glad. You really should fo a review on here so you can put your journey out there for others to learn from too! Then you can update us about your new consults!!! *wink wink*
just remember to write down your questions so you don't walk out if the consult and remember something else. Then you can make great choices moving forward! Best of luck at that consult. <3

Surgeon picked!

I have finally decided on a surgeon!! Pre op is Dec 18th and surgery Dec 26th!!! Merry Christmas to me(us)! It’s a gift to me and my husband ;) I’m starting to get a little nervous but I suppose that is normal. We have decided on 800cc HP silicone. All my measurements fit the implant on paper. We shall see! As we all know the true size will be determined by being able to close the incision! I am so excited! Im wondering if maybe I should go UHP... going to discuss further at pre op! So far she suggest HP.

I also want to change my implants later on this year. I currently have 380CC Allergan moderate profile. I think that to get the look I want (similar to your wish pictures), that I will need something like 800cc HP or UHP implants, but that's not certain. Out of curiosity, how tall are you and what was your breast width? I'm 5' 7", not sure yet of my breast width. Thanks.

do yourself a huge favor and please review what that sized implant looks like in ten or more years. Downsizing really wont be possible without at least two surgeries and a full lift. Just food for thought.... Been there, done that. Biggest mistake ever. I mever realized hpw overweight they can make you look in clothes. They also have a high incidence of causing chest walk deformity - meanimg the pressure actually causes your rib cage to dent inward. Also, the pressure can cause your real breast tissue to atrophu / die. Any dr who doesnt warn you of these risks is suspect. There are awful trade offs to he realized over time. Revoew some photos of ladies who went that large and are ten or 15 years out.
