Hair tr Today I flew to FLL Florida to have a corrective HUE hair transplant at Natural Transplants.
I had Dr.Rose, ALL of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, caring & helpful.
I spoke to Dr.Rose in detail about my hair, the previous procedure and the thinning area I have in my high crown area that I’ve always known about and she carefully drew out a natural hairline and made sure I was ok with it.
My hairline from the previous procedure was very unrealistic & manly. Dr.Huebner came in to assess my hair.
During the procedure he came in to check on me as well as Jerry. I slept for most of it & watched shows on Netflix. The anaesthesia to numb my scalp at the back wasn’t bad it was more at the front that I definitely felt it and they had to add more. I took 2 Valium pills also It was such an easy day.
Due to to my previous failed procedure I know it PROBABLY won’t be 100% great density wise but I know it will be so much better and I am confident it will grow. I’m so thankful for Dr. Rose and Dr.Huebner and their team at Natural Transplants. The costs varies but I paid $6000. I’ll try to upload often (monthly or every other month!) Hope for the best!

Well the high crown zone that I've generally thought about and she deliberately drew out a characteristic hairline and ensured I approved of it.

Sorry I thought I responded. I started after I got my stitches taken out and all the scabs fell off. So maybe around day 11.

I finally got my stitches removed. My scalp feels so much better! It began to get itchy a few days ago and was uncomfortable when I’d lay on my back sometimes. I decided to shave the rest of my hair off myself. The scabs fully fell off by day 11&12. The suture line is still a bit itchy.

you are healing so well. happy growing! I’m thinking of a second surgery for more density. how did they address the spots that needed filling in ? my concern is my bald spots will be overlooked and I’ll definitely not have a third procedure. you have inspired me

Thank you. One of the areas they didn’t touch because it may be scarred. So I’m using blends of essential oils and Jamaican black castor oil, since that area isn’t traction alopecia per say. I would not want to go through this a 3rd time either!!!!

TBH it doesn't look like they harvest your hair well...the density after the procedure in your pic looks like about 1k grafts...that will not give you the density you need to cover the frontal hairline...imo

2 Months post op.

So it’s been 2 months since I had the corrective hair transplant with Natural Transplant in Florida. The scar is still quite visible to me, I couldn’t get a picture.
I think it’s because it’s just 2 months right now, but mainly because my hair isn’t so full, ALSO because I had an FUE hair transplant first so not that much hair to cover up. We shall see how it goes with time.
My hair in general takes absolutely foreverrrrrrrrrrr to grow, it’s quite annoying. This time around I’ve been taking biotin daily, using JBCO every day, a hair growth serum by Nia Hope (she’s on YouTube) and I massage my scalp daily sometimes twice a day. My sister said that already she’s seeing a difference compared to the last time she wasn’t seeing much. I don’t want to get excited yet at least until I reach 4 months.

Hey! I’m still rooting for your hair growth and donor area recovery. I’m thinking about going in soon for my second procedure. How were things the second time around ?Any advice for me going in.
