After years of boob research and contemplating...
After years of boob research and contemplating pros and cons I decided to take the plunge and visit a plastic surgeon for a consultation. I had been researching surgeons for a little over six months and had a few I wanted to visit and speak to about size and look. My first visit was to Dr. Paul Wigoda, I was impressed with his credentials and his work. Not long after my first visit I scheduled my surgery. I had such a good first meeting with the Dr. Wigoda and his staff that I didn't want to ruin the experience by visiting another doctor's office. Marie was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. Before I knew it I was scheduled for a pre-op and had a date set. Dr. Wigoda gave me a size range and I of course picked the highest cc possible. I chose 535 uhp, although I have a very small frame I felt I needed a higher cc as I have large hips and legs. The day of the surgery was amazing. As soon as I walked in the staff was waiting for me. They led me to the back where I met the anesthesiologist and she asked me all the expected questions. Before I knew it the IV was put in and the doctor was drawing on me. I walked into the operating room at about 11am and before 12:15pm I had my newly long awaited for boobs and I was thrilled. My recovery has been a breeze, when he says painless, he means painless. I took the Vicodin twice, once on the day of the surgery when I went to bed and the next day at bed time as well. My surgery was on a Thursday and by Friday I was up and about. After my post op visit my husband and I went to lunch and to the mall for a little bit. The biggest discomfort I had was the expected tightening, other than that I was great. I was back at work Monday morning and on no pain medication what so ever. I would recommend Dr. Wigoda and his staff to anyone looking to get any sort of cosmetic surgery, they are professional and welcoming. I added pictures of my first day post op and the second set are 5 days post op.
