32aa with 800cc Silicone by Dr Revis (final measurement 38DDD)

On my way to the hospital. Today is my last day as part of the itty bitty [RS bleep] committee! Ive decided on 800cc silicone because of my really broad shoulders. I will need a 750 in one breast and an 800 in the other because of my asymmetry. A 38 inch band feels best on me but they dont usually make it for my cup size. I am 5'3 145 lbs. Heres a pic of my guys before buhbyes!

I had trouble updating these at first on my phone. Today is day 4 after surgery. I had some extreme pain which i believe is due to going to large from so small. The hardest part of recovery is the swelling under my arms which gets better when i wear a sports bra and compress the swelling. After one week i will wear a band to force my implants downward as they are VERY high and VERY tight. However they are finally symmetrical!

I cant wait for them to drop. Other than a big "shelf" near my collarbone they dont look much bigger to me yet. Probably because my skin and tissue is so tight and only accomidates so much. I wasnt skinny before but holy [RS bleep] the bloating and constipation is so real im afraid to get on a scale!
