I was highly motivated to find a surgeon for breast implants because my full C's had stopped being "perky" and I had lost a lot of the tissue above the nipple...age and gravity took its toll. I no longer enjoyed clothes shopping as nothing looked good on me anymore and I did not feel sexy any longer. The decision to get implants took me 5-10 YEARS... I only wish now I HAD done them sooner. I think they are important if you no longer enjoy looking at your own body. I had confidence and still do.... I don't believe implants give you anything you don't have already but I sure liked the end result and feel better about myself.,

Could you please post before and after pics? What size and type of implant? Under or over muscle?internal bra? Thanks!
