First and foremost , let me just say that I...

First and foremost , let me just say that I couldnt be happier at the decision I made to get implants! I wasn't flat chested before, but I have always wanted implants since as long as I knew about them. Currently, I am four weeks post op and I feel amazing! I have been active and out , obviously taking things easy, enjoying my new confidence and body, and just overall ecstatic that I now have boobs! Before I got my surgery I didn't do a ton of research to figure out exactly what I wanted and the look I was going for, I just basically wanted them as big as possible & as natural feeling and beautiful I could get. I know , not the smartest thing in the world. So now I am writing to share my experience, my stats, and some photos.
After I did my surgery , I spent hours online researching post op and D&F , for those who don't know that term yet it means Drop & Fluff and YES its real lol (see my progression pics) and all the other things I was to expect. Unfortunately I couldnt find anyone with the same or similar stats as mine. After surgery and still to this day , I can say everythings going normal. Im getting all the normal muscle spasms and gurgling noises , morning boob , chest tightness and occasionally mild aches and soreness , all of the things many other women say they have experienced. Before I continue I will include my stats for comparison.
25 y.o
5'4 in
150lbs
Natural cup : 34B
4 weeks PO : 32G aka 34DDD (vicky secret measure)
Natrelle Inspira 755cc under the muscle
Moderate round plus Silicone
1 kid breastfed
Yes I wanted them BIG . I wanted to go as big as I could , and as natural feeling as possible. I DIDNT want two beachballs on my chest looking like they were going to pop. Which is why I decided at my consultation that I was going to get silicone and the biggest I could go 800cc if possible. Unfortunately I could only fit 755cc while in operation but I have been told the difference is less than two shot glasses full , so it really isnt a noticeable difference.
I want to make sure I cover as much as I can because one thing I didn't find online were too many posts ( relating to me ) that covered everything in one place. Excuse me if I'm rambling on, it's been a while since I've written anything to this extent.
My next issue to discuss is the use of the sports bra after surgery. After reading many different opinions on whether or not the bra was necessary , I decided to not wear it probably a week post op. Although, I was instructed to wear one pretty much all day until I was cleared by the PS. Honestly I think it dramatically helped in my D&F process and I've had no discomfort in letting them just be natural. At night I do wear something that compresses them slightly because when you're lying on your back you can feel a slight drift to the underarms. I am not wearing regular bras yet because my 4 week appointment was pushed back. My nipples are in a good position, and I have no sagging. Even though I only have moderate plus I still have nice projection and nice upper & lower pole fullness. You can see in my pictures for reference.
The PS placed the implant through my nipple area and I was stitched with clear, dissolving stitches. The incisions were covered with Steristrips that fell off before the 2 week mark everyone usually references. I ended up using bandaids to cover the areas and changed them every day & after any time they got wet, and now, at 4 weeks, I only cover the stitches that are poking out and too small to trim. The exposed areas are closed and I hopefully I will be able to start using the scar cream when I get the OK soon.
1st day post op, when I arrived at the office for my check up, I got to see the beautiful results of a wonderful job. I was super happy with my results when I seen them , and it was only after really looking at them when I started having booby greed. I started comparing to some other girls I seen online who got way smaller implants , they were tinier pre op and just looked so much bigger than me PO. I honestly thought the PS put smaller implants than he told me he put. I guess you can blame it on the post op shock your body & brains probably going through. I did receive the implant ID card for both L and R that said the brand & cc amount as well as style. I took a lot of pictures , from all angles to keep track of this "d&f" process everyone raved about. Let me tell you again , it DEFINITELY happened for me & the pics will show that. I went under the muscle with silicones , so I'm not sure if the same happens with overs or salines. Being super excited , seeing a slow increase in size over the first 2 weeks, I ended up going to get sized for growth tracking purposes. Went to VS bc that was the only place I knew that could size me and was told I was a 34DDD. And that was before 2 weeks post op. You could imagine the joy that I felt ??. My advice to you is take a ton of pics that way you can see for yourself how much they change over time. I am sure without a doubt you will be amazed! Right before my 4 week I was measured again at VS and I was told that I measured 32G and my sister size would be a 34DDD . My face lit up and I could barely hold back my smile when the lady read me my measurements ????????. And to think, they're still growing !!!
My overall thoughts on my implants is that I am extremely satisfied, so pleased and confident. Yes I get some stares, they are pretty big for my frame , but I usually ignore it and continue about my business. I can wear a tshirt and they look normal or I can wear a crop top or cami and they look huge . Plus bikinis have never felt so good to wear ??. Although they're still tender to the touch, they feel super natural, just heavier. They sit like natural breasts and could easily pass as real once the scars heal up, even as big as they are. I can't wait to be fully healed , to wear those beautiful fancy bras again. They say at the 6 month mark your pretty much healed completely, others say at a year your officially healed up 100 percent . I hope I have been as informative as I would have wanted when I was spending countless hours online. ?? Best of luck with whatever decision you choose, and most of all make sure its YOUR decision. Don't let anyone or anything , including time or impulsiveness, push you into SETTLING instead of getting what you TRULY want.

6 weeks post op

The girls are feeling more like mine everyday! They're not terribly tender and sore anymore and I have been given the OK to wear regular bras ( my first PO bra is a Vcky Scrt bombshell 34D ) I looove the way my girls look in it even though it is still a little too small. Nothing crazy or unusual has happened, scars are showing but as soon as they completely heal I will start using scar cream. This update was mostly for the pictures (; enjoy !
