Tomorrow is the big day!! Dr. Salama and his staff are all so professional, friendly, and caring. After my visit to the office I really felt at ease. I know I am in good hands and I am looking forward to my bbl transition. It going down in the morning!

Not sure how this whole posting thing works so please forgive the duplicates. After stocking real-self for months it is finally my turn to get Salamafied! Looking forward to getting the Midas touch from the man with the golden hands. I do not want a huge butt more so a bubbly, juicy butt that compliments my existing shape, however I am praying for a tiny waist. I am hoping for a curvaceous hourglass figure, and I am certain Dr. Salama will get me exactly what I want. Thanks to everyone who shared their stories and posted pre/ post op pics. I you all to Please, please keep me in your prayers as I make my bbl transition.

Good luck to you! I am booked with Dr. Rami Ghurani (his partner) in November. I plan on staying at the Serenity Retreat for about 10-12 days then a resort after until I am about 4 weeks post op. I will probably rent a car after the 3rd week there. I hear Dr. Ghurani and Salama use the same techniques so I will be watching for your updates. I can't wait to see how you turn out.
