I've had 5plastic and reconstructive surgeries is the past 6 year, all done with different plastic surgeons. I have also been on over 25 consultations. I know a lot about the whole process and I will tell you right now I will never go to any other surgeon than Dr. Salama. He gag me incredible results, restults I did not even know were possible. I am beyond thrilled with the body he has given me. As a person who has lost over180 pounds I am a special case when it comes to plastic surgery. He totally understood that and took his time explaining the risks and the special process needed for my case. I have a type "A" butt. I had zero projection... My back and my butt were one. I had a small amount of skin/fat to the lower portion of my butt. I had a large mix of skin and fat on my back and flanks. This includes rolls, saggy areas, and puffy more regular looking areas. I had a little bit of a belly but not major. My entire legs are large and fatty and saggy. My arms are average in my opinion. I had a bbl. Lipo to flanks, back, belly, inner things, inner knees, elbows, and chin. He transferred a total of 3100 cc into my hips and butt. I LOVE my results!! I could not be happier !!

Wow, I never saw your BBL photos. This is so amazing. You had what looked like a post surgical plastic surgery after weight loss body. And he sculpted a gorgeous figure for you. I am really surprised he was able to get enough fat to inject and give you a big ole booty. But what I really love is the sculpting he did with liposuction. Just phenomenal.
