32 Year Old, 4 Kids, Time for Me! Fort Lauderdale, FL

I had the BBL done on 8/13. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Salama, Nomi and the whole staff made me feel very comfortable. The surgery was scheduled at 7 am and everything was on time. Once the anesthesiologist gave me the sleepy medicine I was out like a light. My husband was with me during the surgery and I appreciate that Nomi always kept him updated on everything that was happening. I really do not much remember anything after the surgery. I was wheeled into the car and once I got to the hotel all I did was sleep and get up for my medicines.
Each individual is different, but for me the first 4 days were tough. I can describe it as a roller coaster ride. You have your ups and downs. I'm 6 days post op and I'm starting to feel like myself again.
The day after surgery I stayed at the Recovery House. The help is amazing , they really do all they can to make you comfortable and put you at ease. Having the support from the other girls at the house is also great. They know how you're feeling and what you're going through.
I'm scheduled for my last massage tomorrow and hopefully they will be able to remove my drain.
My journey has come close to an end, but it was definitely worth it all.
