32 and Finally Got my BBL - Fort Lauderdale, FL

So I'm almost 2 weeks post op and I'm feeling pretty good. I'm sleeping alot better at night finally but I'm still pretty stiff when I wake up in the morning. I ordered a new butt in garment and some more lipo foam which should be here any day now. I'm currently wearing the butt out garment and it sucks !! I've lost 4 pounds since I've been home yaaaaay me. Still wanna lose at least another 20. Not sure where it's gonna come from but we shall see. I took my garment off today for a couple hours today so I could breathe and move around freely. I massage myself daily sometimes twice daily and it's been helping. Massages help me the most in the morning to help from the stiffness from the night. I'm still swollen but my waist is getting smaller everyday and I love it. I had my entire back lipo'd and I'm loving the outcome so far. My inner thighs are healing nicely and my arms are too. I had alot of work done at one time so I expected my recovery to be a little rough. My right butt cheek has dropped a little bit and the left one hasn't. I think the left cheek might be fuller but I know it's too early to tell yet. Overall I lovvvvvvve my new shape. I have an hourglass shape and it's gonna look even better hopefully once the swelling subsides a bit more.

It felt sooooooooo good taking a shower in my own bathroom again. Hotel showers suck and needles to say, it feels sooooooooo good being home with all my stuff. I'm currently in an XL garment and I was in a 3XL when I left Florida. Pretty much the day I got home from Florida, I could tell that the 3XL wasn't giving me enough compression anymore so I had to switch it up. I still have a ton of fluid in my back, waist, stomach and inner thighs but the new garment is helping to rid some of that fluid. Dr. Salama really got a lot of fat outta my back and I'm excited to see what it looks like when all the swelling subsides. I like how he got all the fat outta my lower back too. I had a hump of fat that use to sit right above my booty and I told him how it drove me crazy. He said he would take care of it and that's exactly what he did. The area around my bra fat is no longer. I haven't really been wearing a bra since surgery because I don't want to Interfere with that area what so ever.

Guess I should have looked a little harder. Soon as I made my last post, I checked my old emails and found the pics I sent in for my consultation. Looking back I forgot how much smaller I was. Looking at the areas I had lipo'd now wasn't a major problem then. I was gaining weight but it was going to my tata's and I'm a 38DDD now versus before I was a 38DD or a 36DDD. However, you can see in the pic I had no booty at all and my hips weren't as wide and pronounced as they are now from the weight gain. In my consultation pics I was 176 and I remember I told the doctor's office I was 170 because I thought I was huuuuuuuge already. I eventually emailed them my actual weight and then told me I still had to gain weight and I agreed.
