That's my before pics. Read my orig w photos you can see my history. I had 2 previous augs w capsular contracture. It was 18 yrs ago. Im scheduled for 5/5 for my new girls .

No. Only post is this on here for breast revision. Did you have cap contraction both times and what type if implants? Why did you decide in Pinella?

I have before the first surgery somewhere but that was 20 yrs ago. I was a small 34C after nursing babies for 10 yrs . I would say they looked like utters! A sack of skin hangin w a nipple on the end. I was 105lbs w no boobage. Now I'm 53 at 120 lbs and feel healthier and totally ready for the size I always wanted. I want them now before I'm too old to enjoy them ;)

First surgeon was dr. John Mullins in Atlanta and he did the revision a year later.

Thank u for your kind words but when we look in the mirror we sometimes don't see what others see. I just read your story and I'm doin 650-700 cc. I was goin to do 500-550 at first but I am not goin to do this then be kickin myself becuz I didn't go larger. I have 380cc saline smooth round partially under pectoral muscle and yes they look natural to most people. I was measured by every store including VS and I wear a 36D. I'm scheduled for May 5th surgery and my reasons are that I want gel w more projection. I have these saline implants for 18 yrs with no issues except one is slightly lower. I do have some areola scar tissue that may or may not be fixable so most surgeons say since I'm 53 yrs old they would not touch. They say although I'm very healthy that my age comes into play while healing. They say it's not worth risking that but it will be considered while I'm in surgery. I also have a curved chest so implants fall to the sides when I lay down and I hate that!
