I'm about to do same but from 270cc/ 300cc to 650cc. Doctor's orders. Worried may be too big but I've dropped considerably. What guidance did you get to go to 700cc. Look fab btw :)
I visited 5 plastic surgeons before I chose the exact size and whether I was doin the lift or not. The doctors all took measurements and I was in the safe zone up to 700cc if I did 750 or 800 I was risking complications.

Yes absolutely! Donut / binelli lift also reduced areola size.

1 month after surgery
No more pads or push up for me. I'm soooooo happy w my results. Third time's a charm for sure in this case!

May I ask your height and weight? You look great. I'm thinking of 600or700
5'2" and usually 118-122lbs... Got 700 ccs moderate profile Natrelles. I asked for side boob and cleavage so with that in mind and he measured my chest , he said gotta use moderate profile .
