Hello all. It's been a long time since my last review. Here is an update.
My butt looks smaller, flatter, less projected than few months ago, although the measurement stayed the same. It's still 42.5-43 inches, just doesn't look as plump as when I just got them done.
I have been sitting, exercising, laying on my back frequently. Each time I had aggressive physical activity, I noticed my butt lost a little bit volume and projection, not a lot, just a little bit.
Overall I'm still very happy I had BBL, my butt is more shapely now.
I'm looking forward to round 2.

It's been 4 months since i had BBL. All i have to say now is this ass is high maintainance. Here is a list of how i maintained my ass and help my results last:
1: I always have at least 2000 calories/day to maintain my weight. The ass is made of fat, when i lose weight, i lose volume.
2: I tell my man be gentle with my ass when i feel he is grabbing them too hard or being too rough with them
3: i still use a boppy pillow to sit sometimes/ rest on my stomach rather on my back sometimes
I have lost only about 1 inch volume since my surgery. This is just how i tried to maintain my results. Yall must have your own ways. :)

you look great! how did he find enough fat on you to give u such fullness? when did it stop feeling wrong to sit down normally? did you get massages?
Dr Salama is a master in finding fat even in skinny girls. He took out fat from my belly. You can sit after 6-8 weeks, but i waited til 10 weeks to sit down. I got massages, i also do self-massages. Only the first massage was painful.
Wow. You really did gain that weight. You butt looks amazing. I had similar concerns. The butt is made of fat, but it will also sag as time goes on if you do not keep the muscle in your buttocks strong so that it keeps the booty lifted and perky. I cut down on my aerobics cause I am also concerned about losing weight and volume. We didn't pay all to make it disappear. I work with weights to build muscle and firm my lady parts. I used to cut out carbs from my diet, but that causes too much weight loss for me, so I just reduced it. Are you finding it easy to keep the weight on and are you planning to stay at that weight?
When i eat, i just tell myself i'm feeding my ass lol. I'm aware of the calories i take each day, I eat no less than 1700 calories/day. When i exercise, i will have no less than 2500 calories/day. Gotta eat to keep the ass :)

Pre-Surgery photos
There is a portion missing in my review--the pre-surgery part. Now I’m going to add that part in. Some girls have asked how I looked like before the surgery. I had an athletic body type, small framed, skinny, and no fat at all. I weighed 125 lb, 5”5 tall. For this surgery I went up to 155 lb from 125 lb. I’m a good example of what Dr Salama can do for skinny, small-framed girls. What I realized about BBL is, if you had a good sized butt to begin with, and enough body fat pre-surgery, you can end up with an extra extra large butt with Dr Salama. But if you had no butt to begin with, even with enough body fat, you can only end up with a medium sized butt. If a skinny girl wants an extra large butt, it’s more realistic to achieve that through 2 BBL procedures.

I know...this surgery is addiction. Some girls went for round 3 thoo, lol. I'm gonna schedule it soon, the price is pretty good right now, $8299.
when are you thinking of going for round 2? Like in a year?
Depends on how well i heal from this one. In a year--year n half if i heal well.

I agree with you girl. I after watching Dr Salama on Realself and a consultation with another surgeon, a skinny girl with no fat would be advised to have some implants to give her that projection and top it up with the little fat that she has to cover the count our of the implants and give her that nice shape.
In your case I believe you did not want implants but your butt looks great and I can see the difference

I would not recommend butt implant thoo. Keep in mind the biggest implant you can have is 400cc per cheek. 400cc is not much volume. If you go any bigger than 400cc for implant, you could end up with serious complications. I think fat grafting is the way to go.
Thank you darling I am not looking to having butt implants just BBL not sure if he will recommend TT as I have not seen him in person. But would like the tiny waist st the moment i am 28 but have to put on another 6kgs
