I researched quite a few doctors in the VA/MD area for a plastic surgeon, and Dr. Jabs was the best that I found. I had a few different consultations lined up and he was first on my list. After walking in there and talking with patient coordinator and the Dr. himself I felt so comfortable and confident that I didn't even go to any different consultations. I actually scheduled my surgery date the very next day! They were really great to work with. They answered any and all questions I had, then reassured me that I could contact them with even the smallest question. I went in the morning of my surgery day and I had too high of a temp so we had to reschedule. They were really good about getting me in as soon as possible. I am now 5 days post surgery and am happy to say so far I love my results. The Dr. called the night of the surgery then I was called the next 2 nights by the staff to make sure I was still doing good. This is a really great team that make you feel comfortable through the entire process!

Hello, your results look great! What size did you do, under or over muscle and what are your stats? Best wishes.

Your incisions look amazing! I also got mine done by Dr. Jabs (am waiting to have my review approved now) and I'm wondering if you did anything else besides what was directed on your incisions? Mine are still quite red.

When was your surgery? I kept the tape on for a while after the incisions healed, and just started putting on the cream he has given me.

Mine was December 18 2015. I kept tape on as directed and have been using the Biocorneum for almost 3 months now. I guess my skin is just stubborn!

I was supposed to have my surgery on the 17th of December and I had a fever so they rescheduled for the 28th. Yeah, every skin type is different

I will say that if you have 3 little ones like I do, make sure you have help for at least 3-5 days post surgery. Let me explain a little bit about what I did in preparation for the surgery.
1. Went grocery shopping for the following week. Snacks and all!
2. Meal prep. Along with grocery shopping I made a menu for the week that my husband could put together himself with minimal work and little instructions. I did a few crock pot meals (with crock pot bags for easy clean up) and some simple throw in the oven meals. This helped us out tremendously.
3. Laundry done. If your like me (stay at home mom), then chances are your husband doesn't know how to even turn the machine on.
4. Clean the house, and I mean everything from dusting to vacuuming.
5. Make sure you prepare a separate place away from where the kids will be active for you to rest. I stayed in our bedroom and had my laptop. My kids are not allowed in our bedroom on a regular basis. My husband pretty much waited on me hand and foot.

They look really natural. Is that under or over the muscle?

Under the muscle. My PS said that doing under the muscle gives it a more natural look and feel
