Needless to say, my hairline was one of my less favourable features. I felt I was limited because of it, from the way I wore my hair to the confidence I held, and the places I liked to visit. Having to hide it and feeling discomfort from that thought really bothered me.
I don’t think though people should ever feel compelled to change the way they look, not for any other reason than for their own preference and comfort.
I understand entirely, the feeling of being stuck in ones own skin - unhappy and in fear of judgement, and whilst I have found peace as I have grown I have decided that I will let nothing limit me.
If surgery were to be my only freedom - so be it!

I will shortly. I apologise that I haven’t done so sooner. I can’t explain to you how happy I am with everything. The people at Norwood are truly a Family. I could not have asked for anything more in terms of care, comfort and advice. As for the scar, already, I can tell that it will not be visible in a years time. Hair has already begun to grow through, the swelling has now ceased and I have felt absolutely no pain. The amount of precision, skill and expertise is blatantly obvious. Dr Marzola has done a wonderful job and I must congratulate him on his work. As mentioned, I could not be happier with this experience. I cannot imagine any other individual finding fail within it either.
