5 months update

5 months post op and could not be happier.
At this point results look way better than before! My nerves are growing back, so my scalp feels itchy every once in awhile. At this point the only annoying part are endotiens, they arent still fully dissolved and I feel them, and since my scalp feeling are coming back, its a little painful when I touch them. I try to leave them alone. Oh well, that discomfort its nothing. I do have minimal makeup on pics that I am posting today, however i put my hair back even when I am not wearing makeup, and you cant see the scar unless you’re looking closely for it. The hair that grew sround the scar, its easily manageable with some amazon gel that its made for babyhair.

6 week update

Today its exactly 6 weeks since my surgery, I waited for the update since the most common shock hair loss happens within 2-6 weeks after surgery, I wanted to make sure I pass that critical time before I update.
My hair is slightly thinner around some spots of the hairline, nothing major or noticable, even if it doesn't grow back I would be happy if it stays at it. Not sure how that happened really, since in general my hair is falling less than prior to surgery.
Recovery went well, my scalp was pretty tender to touch for the first 3 weeks, at first I did not have any major swelling, but exactly on a two week mark I started waking up with swollen eyes and cheeks, that happened for about 4-5 days in a row. Most of the denting went away at about 4-5 weeks, now I do not notice really any denting anymore. The top of my head its still just as numb as in the beginning, and I am not experiencing any itchiness yet. The only noticeable thing right now is the reddish scar and the little new hair, which I cover extremely easily with a little bit of makeup when needed. My right side of the hairline, which also got a little thinner is not getting any new little hair through the incision, which makes the scar look more visible in that area. Overall I am extremely happy I did not experience the shock hair loss, and fingers crossed it stays that way. I can not thing of anything else to update, but if you have specific questions feel free to comment I'll answer them all :).

Ill post a close up video, with a flash so keep in mind that in person looks even better
