I had an amazing experience getting a forehead reduction surgery with Dr Cengizhan!!! Firstly, I was assisted by an assistant named Hadi Through WhatsApp. He explained everything to me clearly and organise the trip perfectly for me. Any question that I had he always answered in detail and he was always there to assist me with whatever question or worry that I had. When I arrive in Istanbul I was picked up by a driver and driven directly to the clinic to get my blood tests. I was directly greeted by kind warm and welcoming assistance after blood test. I went straight to the hotel and was ready for my operation the next morning. When we arrived to the clinic the next morning I was greeted by another assistant who walked us through every room where we Looked at my blood test results which I got in paper, We then spoke to the anaesthesiologist who wanted to hear me answer her questions personally. We tested my heart and then I got the IV put on my surgery clothes and was ready to be marked up. I remember being super nervous the day of my operation since this was my first ever time going under anaesthesia. When they walk you to the clinic, they are so warm and welcoming the entire staff is there to make sure that you’re as comfortable as possible and they explain everything in detail. There is always Team around you reassuring you that you are okay and safe and they are so welcoming and warm. I can’t remember my heart beating really fast and being extremely nervous. I thought I was going to faint however all the stuff that was there reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. The operation itself was really quick. Everything went smooth and the doctor was very reassuring when I woke up and I was worried because of all the swelling. However, since this was my first surgery, I didn’t know how the experience was, but the doctor reassured me and explained to me that it is a process and that I just need to trust the process. I am so glad that I did because I love my forehead. I love the shape the height. Everything is just how we discussed it. Dr Cengizhan Is truly amazing at what he does!! Thank you so so much I now feel so much more confident.
