5 & half weeks later

Skin is still red and indented. It’s worse after a shower or washing/touching face, but calmer after a nights sleep. The wrinkles are less deep, but I currently regret the procedure as having red dots is infinitely worse. Hate myself when I look in the mirror! Don’t have this procedure without a patch test.

Forehead Very Red and Indented After Plasma Pen

I'm 34 and had some wrinkles on my forehead, I was told this treatment would reduce their depth and once healed I can then use botox to stop them coming back.
The treatment was incredibly painful, i was gritting my teeth but I could just about bare it. It felt like my skin was being burnt. I had 3 nights of terrible swelling and headaches (which ibuprofen/paracetamol didn't touch the sides of). By day 5 some of scabs had just started to flake off (on the dots where she hadn't left the pen on so long), the rest off by day 8. Underneath the skin is very red and there are very visible indentations.
I believe she put the holes too close to one another and left the pen on for too long and it's going to cause permanent indentations and hyperpigmentation. On one particular line of dots between my brows the dots were put far too close to one another and the indents have joined together to create a new frown line!
I am on day 9 and I am looking for advice on how to minimise the damage whilst the wound is new, this is surely a safer bet than waiting two months before doing anything? I am sure the redness will subside with time, but I think that could be many months away and there is a real risk that if I don't do something now I risk permanent indents and hyperpigmentation. FYI I am a red head and have very pale skin.
I am considering Silicone Scar sheets at night and silicone scar gel during the day? Has anyone else had success with this? Any professionals who wish to give their thoughts?
I do not trust the provider her response is that this is totally normal at this stage...however in no before/after pictures at day 8 that i've seen are as red and sore as mine! If I'd had any idea it could be months of red skin and risk of permanent damage i'd have steered clear.
