I've wanted larger breasts since elementary...

I've wanted larger breasts since elementary school, and now I have the finances for it. I'm unsure of how many cc's to ask for to get the results I want! I picked Dr.Mabourakh because his results online were immaculate and consistent, no matter what the Before's looked like. I would like a natural slope and full lower pole, nothing too high-profile that the fullness on top looks fake. I chose silicone implants, and I'm hoping to go from a size A to a small D. Scared of first-time anesthesia, the unsymmetrical results, or not being satisfied with results- too small OR too big.

Current Breast Situation
So this is what I'm working with! This is why I'm terrified of unsymmetrical results. I have a small rib cage and no breast tissue & my breasts are widely spaced. I don't see women with boobs that resemble my own, or maybe I'm just being biased... But I'm super nervous about it.

Haha its tough to find us out there!
But I had a BWD (breast width diameter) of 11.5cm, and there's a really good chart I'll find for you that'll show you the biggest you can go.
I also have a slightly curved rib cage so I probably won't get much in the way of cleavage, so I'll be more of a plunging neckline than tight shirts to show off my girls!

You can measure your bwd yourself by measuring from one side of your boob to the other.

I believe I came across that chart but didn't screenshot it, so thank you :) and me too lol, I have a narrow rib cage tho, so maybe larger implants will take up more space and they'll be a bit more closely set. One can dream x)

I am right there with you, I am 5'8 140lbs... I have had two children and did not have much to start with and well breastfeeding took even more from me.

Yeah, I was shocked to get such pretty results :)) are you considering breast augmentation? I received the 475 High profiles and I'm 2 weeks post-op, and I am sooooo happy with them.

It's normal to be nervous. Your surgery will be very short and you should be in and out in less than 1 hour. I was 5 foot 2 with a 32 A 100 lbs and my boobs pre op look like yours. I did moderate profile 250 cc round silicone submuscular mentor round silicone implants. I recommend going with a higher profile implant so you can get more ccs. The profile won't make them look fake or stick up too much. 250 ccs got me to a 32 C. I want to be a D so I am going in for a revision on the 25th I will be getting allergan high profile 425 ccs under the muscle round I shaped silicone. This should put me at a 32 D.
