thanks, at first it is always hard, the first few months are the worst, as in terms of eating so little and find out how much you can eat and how your body will react to it, but your body will let you know when you are full, your stomach will sort of cramp up, somethings i can eat a lot of like soup or salad, then other things like steak or hamburgers i can only take a few bites, but its all worth it, now i eat normal just much less, thank god lol
