I have been considering doing this procedure for quite sometime. I have finally gathered the courage to book it. After seeing multiple doctors where I live (Chicago) I have decided to have the procedure done in Florida with Dr. Salama. I am sooo excited!!! My surgery is set for Feb. 2016. I will be staying at The Serenity Recovery Retreat for the surgery. If anyone has stayed there, please let me know your thoughts and what to expect. I have received some information from the staff at Elite (they have been super nice thus far with scheduling my surgery). Now I'm trying to put together a list of items that I will need for this journey. Any suggestions would be helpful regarding a packing list. Here is what I have so far. What type of clothing should I pack (sweats and t-shirts???).
Hygiene pack (toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, face wash, lotion, pads/tampons, etc)
houseshoes
zip fron hoodie or robe (suggested by Elite staff)
neosporin (suggested by Elite Staff)
gauze 4X4 and 2x2 (suggested by Elite Staff)
antibacterial soap (suggested by Elite Staff)
tape (suggested by Elite Staff)
tylenol (suggested by Elite Staff)
motrin (suggested by Elite Staff)

Check out my page hun I have lots of info on there, good luck on your surgery. I will in chicago as well
Great information, thank you!!
I am excited for you. In had a tummy tuck with Dr Salama last year. I loved the Serenity House. You need the care and the companionship of the other women. All your basics are covered, clothes washed for you and meals prepared. Pack lots if snacks, protein shakes and fill-in stuff. The best outfit is a sun dress. Nothing binding anywhere. I'm going back in Dec for my BBL, can't wait.
You do not need anything because but what you mentioned. Maybe bring 3 maxi dresses for
I didn't mean to to post
You need 3 maxi dresses for appointments and 1 for the ride back if flying. Please bring pads/tampons

Hello future Salama Doll sister ;) I too am having surgery in Feb!!! Mine is Feb 11th =) I'll be coming in from NC and staying at same RH ;). Congrats on your booking! Here's to a great surgery, speedy recovery AND new bootay!! ;)
My surgery date is Feb. 16th so I'm sure we will run into each other at the RH, I'm excited for us both and everyone that has decided to take on this amazing journey!!
You will need tight, very fitted t-shirts because the garment material can be irritating. This was also listed as a necessity by the staff. You will see it on the supply list when you get your packet..it arrives about one month before your surgery. When you get gauze make sure it's sterile gauze ..and the tape should be paper tape for ultimate comfort...other ladies are right in point ..you don't need much at all...serenity also provides robes. Loose fitting dresses will be most comfortable.
