I'm a 48 Year Old with One Son and I Just Wanted to Improve my Body - Florida, FL

I am 48 years and I have been contemplating doing a bbl seriously for the last four years. I finally got the courage to do the bbl and so far no regrets. Dr. Salama and his staff was down to earth and very helpful. It's been 3 days and I'm getting around fairly well I know everyone's experience is their own but I followed Dr Salama for so long I was confident that I was gonna get through this just fine. I will post some before and after pictures later.

I'm finally getting around to sharing some of my before and after photos. Let me tell you ladies, I have been following this site for years, I set up myself up as a member in 2014 yet I never posted anything. My preference was to remain private and just enjoy what everyone else was posting. I just want to say I'm so glad Dr. Salama was my surgeon and although in May I was scheduled with another popular surgeon in Miami things didn't work out that we could continue business together. From the beginning I've always admired Dr Salama's work more but thought his prices were more, boy was I wrong. This was the best thing that could have happened as far as getting what I expected and then some. Now although it's been right around 6 weeks and I'm already considering a revision; my decision is based upon me turning down his option of having what is called projection. What I'd recommend is to anyone considering a butt lift is to do your do diligence before deciding on a body shape. With that being said he did magic on me because I've never had hips in my life not to mention any butt. Now since my surgery I've lost a lot of volume hopefully it'll come back during what they said was called fluffing. My husband love it he said I look natural and it's just enough. What I'd like to have is my hips a little wider, my stomach flatter, my waist pinched and lastly a little more projection..Lol. Look ladies understand that our bodies are like a sculpture and he's the artist sometimes art has to be altered to perfect it. Know that I've never met a more down to earth doctor, he made me and I'm sure all his guess feel super comfortable it was like I was talking with my brother. That homie conversation, for me that goes a long way ( to make me feel at home) comfort. I've talked at length and don't wanna bore anyone but before I go I wanna leave you ladies that's pondering on having this done. If I rate the entire process from 1-10 I'll give the surgery 8 and staff a 9 maybe even at 10 but since no one is perfect I'll say a 9 since there is always room for growth and knowledge.

These pics are about 3 days after, the most annoying part is have the draining tube in. The tubes are so important tho to avoid possible complications and more importantly the swelling going down faster.
