No more pain!!!!!!! FINALLY able to wear shorts...

No more pain!!!!!!! FINALLY able to wear shorts and pants. I do get really itchy, but I have to say the constant pain has gone away, and I'm no longer waking up at 5am from the pain.

It has been one week since I had the procedure...

It has been one week since I had the procedure done, and I have been in pain the whole time!!! I have been wearing dresses, every day. There is NO way that I can wear pants or shorts. I do not have any pain on my flanks, but my stomach hurts all the time. The only way to get the pain to stop, is if I lay on my back. The pain is bearable, and I have been taking aspirin. My stomach will feel numb, then I will get a sharp pain, then I will get throbing pain. I have a desk job, so sitting all day is what really causes this to hurt all the time. I have been having worse pain on day 6 and 7, then I did in the beginning.

I am finally posting pictures. Note that these were taken within an hour of leaving the doctor's office, so I am swollen. I will try to take pictures again tonight. I feel like I am no longer swollen, but I am not sure why the pain is getting worse.

I remember being a child, and being self conscious...

I remember being a child, and being self conscious of my stomach. Diet and exercise do not work. The only way to loose this, would be to become under BMI. I have maintained the same weight (120-128 lbs) for the past 8 years. I am 5'5. I had CoolSculpting done the beginning of June 2012. I had my abs and flanks done (a total of 3 hours).

The abs section hurt really bad. I was in a lot of pain for the first 10 minutes. The sides were a breeze, although my stomach was still in a lot of pain. I took a pillow and the tech gave me snacks, so that helped me to not think about the pain.

I was freezing for about 12 hours after I left the doctor's office. I slept in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. When I woke up, my stomach looked like it had a big gash in it from the pants. I ended up wearing Spanx the following day to try and flatten that out. The pain is not so bad, but I have been taking aspirin every few hours. It does hurt to lean over or press on my tummy hard. The sides are only a little tender.

I'll keep you posted and add some pictures!
