One Year Ago today...

WORTH IT$3,300
It has been a year and I can truly say that I don't regret my decision to get my implants at all! They have long settled and my clothes look tons better than they did before I had my augmentation. My left boob scar can barely be seen and my right scar has a little keloid but it's not gross (just itches sometimes and if wearing a poorly fitting bra or sports bra it gets irritated). It's not a big deal and I Hv not been back to the doctor to ask about it (no time due to my work schedule).
I have to start saving money for the future surgery because I know at some point they will need to be replaced. I may opt for silicone next time. My implants are soft enough but I would like to see if there would be a difference in the appearance of rippling at the sides and bottom (when I lean forward and hold my arms out). Overall. I had a good experience this past year and enjoying my breasties!

Very nice office staff and very personable doctor. I walked in just to get a consult but walked out with a booked surgery. Dr. Salama gave his honest opinion about everything and made me feel really comfortable with his abilities. The wait times for the office are terrible so do call ahead to see if they are running behind schedule!

Rippling in full effect

A lil after 3 months post op I started to feel the ripples in my implants. I was taken aback but I was warned @ saline vs silicone but I thought I had enough breast tissue to be ok. But I was wrong! I don't see any rippling standing up but when I lean forward and stretch my arms out the bottom of my bags r there. I don't love them any less. I just know that next surgery I may opt for silicone. I feel more Zingers around the sides of my nipples and my breasts get ultra sensitive 12 days near my cycle. But other than that no issues. My preference at night is to sleep in Bralettes and soft no wire bras at night. No regrets here. They finally feel like a part of my body now! Victoria's Secret VIP card in full use. LOL!

I have also chose saline. I love your results. The rippling does concern me, but safety was my top priority. I see you were taking Arnica. Did you start before or after surgery?
I stared taking it after surgery. I wasn't taking them right. But as far as bruising I was great with minimal bruising!
Meaning - I wasn't taking enough of the dosage each dosing time. I was taking one tab every four-six hours instead of four tabs Ev four to six hours.
I think you look amazing! Wow! The projection you have is amazing! Didn't know you could attain that much! Don't worry about rippling if it is not too noticeable. You are probably the only one who will ever notice. Yes, if you have little to no breast tissue coverage, rippling will occur with silicone too. There is no such thing as an implant that doesn't ripple. Again, you look beautiful! Stunning!! xoxo
Thank u so much! My BF doesn't notice and I won't tell him so I'm won't grow self conscious!
