Massages?!

I feel like I have a lot of lumps and that my waist needs to go down a lot. I can't bare to massage myself. Any tips on how to do it? I think it hurts and I hate the feeling of lumps/knots. I tried to get into a place that does lymphatic massages and so far no luck. I also need my garment taken in major. Or a size smaller. I just can't decide what size to order. I don't want it to be too tight or too lose. I don't have 300 to spend on new garments.. I don't even want to spend 140 so I'm going to a seamstress tomorrow and seeing what she can do.

New garment
I am ready for a new garment/faja any girls with recommendations? I prefer something that I don't have to pull completely down to go to the bathroom. Want something that's super tight on my waist want it to shrink as much as possible. I got a size 2xs waist trainer from Dr. Salama and was like there's NO way this is every going to fit me. I tried it on last night for fun and shockingly I got it fastened! Hoping to fit it comfortably when the time comes to wear it! Xx

I got a large. Wore it to bed last night and my knees hurt now. It's too tight around my calves. Going to cut it
The top of my butt still seems rounder than the bottom if that makes since. I hope it drops more. My butt kinda tapers like an upside right heart lol. Does yours seem round?
I think mine seems pretty round. I will update with a new pic soon! I hear that they seem to drop and fluff though?! Not sure what "fluff" means??

Ugh!!! I know what u mean. I feel like mine is small sometimes too and then I look at pics and I'm like no it's huge! I was looking at lipoexpress website and their size guide is way off! I'm in a large and think I can go down to a medium or small possibly. But it says for my height and weight an xs and I know there's no way that's correct!

The booty greed... Is REAL
Oh my gosh the booty greed is real. I'm almost 2 weeks post and my booty has gone down But I KNOW it's just from the swelling. My mind is playing tricks on me. I'm getting greedy wanting it to be bigger. The girls warned me... Booty greed is a real thing ;)
