Hello All, I am 34 years old with two young boys - Down payment paid and date set for my breast augmentation with a lift (16th November 2015) (not sure of the type of lift as yet) or the exact size - Doc recommended 450cc (unders, HP, smooth, round) Considering bumping to 500 ( already have some decent breast tissue- and i don't want to be the new Pam Anderson - just wanna be more comfortable in my skin as after the kids I lost that upper pole fullness and the "sag" is just "blehh" - just super nervous for the procedure which is obviously expected - looking for some buddies along the way :)

Have you spoken with former BA/BL patients of your chosen doc? I think this would be a good indicator of how happy you might be with your results. Thank heavens for this site, where the good and bad reviews are allowed.

I am taking people's comments very seriously, as to which doctors to consider down the road.

Here's to your perfectly beautiful result! ( I hope you will post pics :-)

Uh, yeah forgot to mention I am 5.8" tall and I currently weigh 160 pounds - never been under anaesthesia before so I am extremely nervous and of course about the coming out of it part which I have heard some girls cant breathe properly because of tightness - nausea etc - uuuugh, so freaking scared - I look at my calendar every day and just think -OMG !!! I stopped breast feeding in May of this year ( ill be 6.5 months out before my procedure) as I said im 160 now but I know I still have lots of weight to loose - that's why im thinking about size so much - my boobs already have some tissue to them but I know that's one of the first things to go when you loose weight and I used to be around 138 so I have a good bit to loose to try and get back there - anyway, my boobs seem to have some tissue already just no upper pole at all and I know ill loose lots of that - so trying to decide between the 400 - 450 - 500 yikes - defo don't wanna be too big...I am kind of conservative so I don't wanna be walking around the grocery in sweaters and in zip ups in the gym ...wanna look natural and not huge - plus I hateeeee creepy googly eye guys - im doing this for me ...ME - and well my husband can come along as well but don't want too much of the googleyes around - so confused and I have my operation in 6 weeks - I have to fly there and back home 6 days after my operation - the flight is like 4 hours so not that bad - hubby coming along leaving the kids with nana - thank goodness ;)

I am your height and weigh 145 now... Would like to be at 135. I had similar tissue to yours when I was in the 160s. I just got mine done 2 weeks ago and got 400 cc. I should have gone 450 or 500. 100% for sure. My height makes my boobs look so much smaller. I love the job my surgeon did but really regret not going bigger. Hope that helps a little.

this helped a lot - thanks so much for taking the time to write - I do have a 10 month old baby so I know that I can kick the weight eventually but don't want to loose the tissue I have now and then wish I did go a bit bigger as you say "with our height" - thank you so much :)

Hi! I'm having lift w implants on oct 7 w dr revis I'm 5' 8" 135 lbs. my son is 14 months now n my boobs have tissue, like yours, just absolutely no upper pole. I decided on the 450 sizers which equal 475 cc. Still thinking about going up to 500 but I don't want to be too big. Just want to make the right decision!

I think you should go with 500 cc . We are the same height and almost the same weight. I went with 525 cc silicone moderate plus and they look small on me wish I had gone bigger. Good luck!!

Yah idk if you already did it but I got 700cc and at first I freaked out and thought they were too big, and I couldn't breathe, but now I like them and I know I wouldn't have been happy had I gone smaller. When in doubt, go bigger bc u get used to them so fast!
