I am a 31 year old mom of 3 girls. Two I gave birth to and one who is my bonus baby ages 10,10, and 13. I am 5'4" and weight about 153lbs. I am finely getting a mommy makeover. I have wanted this for years and it is finally coming true. I will be getting a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, Breast augmentation with a lift and lipo to my love handles.
Booked my surgery for August 12, 2020. Pre op will be July 29, 20202. I had my consultation on July 7, 2020 with Chad Robbins. Him and his safe where so nice and very informative. They answered all of my questions and was very friendly and professional.

Had my pre op appointment yesterday. I payed for my surgery and got all my proscription. Got to try on sizers and I'm really liking how 450cc look on me.
I also had to have a mammogram. Which was a first for me. My poor little boobs didnt want to fit in the machine. Lol
Put in my notice to work that I'd be taking off for surgery. Now I'm counting down the days 13 days to go.

Best wishes. I’m 16 days post op and my advice is...
1. Have support...you are going to need it!
2. Stay ahead of the pain with meds
3. Get a good post surgical compression garment. The abdominal binder was hard on my TT incision. Garment was better and constant compression.
3. Drink plenty of water and take Miralax and eat Raisin Bran every day. Trust me you will thank me later.
4. Don’t expect perfection right away. As swelling is a real thing!!! I’m still rockin cankles and a midsection that’s bigger than before surgery.
5. On the hard days, know that each day after is better. You will feel better and be able to do more.
Congrats and best wishes.
