Finally Fixed My Drooping Nose After 25 Years (NYC Revision Rhinoplasty for Men)

I don’t think there’s another doctor more artistic and at the very top of his game than Dr. Reich. If that wasn’t enough, I also don’t think there’s a friendlier doctor with better bedside manner.
This was a revision rhinoplasty for me — my first nose job one (butchered) was done 25 years ago (and took 40 min), and over time my nose drooped more and more, which made this surgery exceptionally important. I needed someone who could restore it while keeping a strong, masculine look, especially since I’ve seen some terrible results out there.
I’m now just five days post my 3 hour surgery, and the cast came off today. Yes, there’s swelling, but I can already see the huge improvement: my drooping nose has been corrected, and I know it’s only a matter of time before the swelling fades and the full result shows.
Simply put, I don’t think you’ll find a better nose surgeon in the U.S. I highly recommend Dr. Reich. I’ll update this review with photos (before, right after, and again a few months out) so you can see the transformation for yourself.
