WORTH IT
Long story short, I've hated them since the moment they grew from my chest. I always wanted to fix them but was always terrified of actually going through with it because of cost or poor outcome or feeling bad about being vain. I just wanted to feel like a normal woman and I never did. I'm in my 40s without children, the prime of my life, right? I figured I'd suffered with them long enough. Time for a change. I did my research and went for it.

Thank you for sharing. I am 35, no children and like you, have hated them from the moment they showed up. Stretch marks and pointed to the ground. Also like you I have come close to pulling the trigger but waited for the exact same reasons you did. Thank you again for sharing!

I am absolutely over the moon with the results of my surgery. I never thought the shape would come out so well. I had a small complication with the left NAC but am 100% confident all will turn out fantastic. I am very patient and knew it was a possibility. Thank goodness it is superficial and with time and care will heal well. My surgery was on Tuesday 12/4. I noticed the blistering on the left side when I took the bandages off for my first shower. I contacted my PS asap and spoke over FaceTime so he could see my nip. He prescribed the nitroglycerin cream Friday to get the blood going as it had not been getting enough supply. The blisters popped Sunday night and I went for dr appt Monday morning (yesterday). He cut the damaged skin off to make sure blood was flowing and it was. He told me to keep using nitro cream and neosporin and keep covered until my next visit. It should be fine but will take a little longer to heal and with maybe a little discoloration. I'm totally ok with that. The right side is healing fantastically. That's it for now. Will update progress as it goes. I'm so happy I did this for myself. Just gonna stay positive and heal :)
