Dr. Fernau and his entire team were incredibly helpful. I traveled from out of country for my procedure and Dr. Fernau and his team were there from the beginning right to the end. They helped with my transportation to and from the hospital and follow-up appointments. Throughout the process of planning they were quick to respond to emails, etc...nothing negative I can say.
