Did you get saline or silicone?
I got saline.... Originally wanted silicone but they recommend you get an mri on silicone implants every 2-3 years
Are these high profile ?

Gotcha. Do they feel like a foreign object. I know that sounds weird. I'm back and forth. I'm a c but just lost some gravity
At first they did, but now I'm use to it. The longer I have them the more they just feel like part of my body

I had wanted implants for at least 10 years, i have an athletic build and my body fat percent was 17.8%. As you can imagine i was flat, like flat as a board! i had had one kid and breast fed him for 20 months. i just wanted to look like a grown woman in that area of my body`not a 12 yr old boy, to be able to look nice in a dress, things like that. I went to Dr. Ortiz and after the consultation i knew i wanted him to perform my procedure. he was very clear that he could give me the look i was wanting and be happy with it. He told me about the size implants and my body frame, we had decided on a max cc depending what my chest area could take without giving me side boob. I went under the muscle for a natural look. my husband loves the way they look, my healing process was great, and i have had no complications

Congratulations! What type of implant placement did you get with your low body fat? Under or over the muscle? What size implants did you get? Glad your recovery went well and that you and your husband are happy with your results!
I went thru the lower area of the breasts and got 460cc of saline on each side. They are high profile as well. I will be posting an after picture around the 30th
That's wonderful news! Congrats. I will have my surgery next week and will have 450 silicone under the muscle high profile and after seeing your results I'm allot less nervous. Btw, they are beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
You are welcome! I had 460cc I wanted 525cc but it would have given me side boob so he didn't do it. That was determined while in surgery :)

They look fantastic thinking about doing it for my 40th birthday next year . No kids just natural gravity. I am a c now naturally. So not sure how much to go up. But I like yours a lot. They don't look like they are just sitting on your chest. How long before you returned to work ?
Got them done on a Friday and they said I would be fine to do things or work by Monday.
