30 Year Old Mother of 2 Who Had a Breast Augmentation. - Fayetteville, NC

I am a 30 year old mother of two children who had been considering a breast augmentation for about 5 years so I finally set up a consultation with Dr. Ortiz at Fayetteville Plastic Surgery. After meeting with Dr. Ortiz and seeing how he took the time to answer all the questions I had, I knew he was the one I wanted to do my surgery. Dr. Ortiz was warm, friendly and very welcoming at his office. I could not have asked for a better consultation appointment. I personally chose to have my procedure done in the comfort of the doctor's office rather than at the hospital. The morning of my surgery which was July 11, 2015 I was so excited and nervous all at the same time. My emotions were on a "roller coaster ride." With tears of excitement in my eyes, I was welcomed by a very friendly and soft spoken voice of an amazing nurse by the name of Jesse McNeely, RN. Nurse Jesse took me in her arms and gave me a huge hug and assured me that everything was going to be okay. That to me made me feel special instead of, just a patient getting ready to have surgery. Prior to waiting for Dr. Ortiz and the others involved in my surgery, Nurse Jesse just sat down and made sure I had no unanswered questions prior to the surgery beginning. Within moments Dr. Ortiz came by to say hello and he too made sure I had all questions answered. Soon after I was welcomed with another warm welcome face, this being my anesthesiologist. After a few jokes and some questions my IV was inserted and it was soon time for surgery to begin. Once again, Nurse Jesse took me "under her wings" and escorted me to the operating room. For about a week I must admit I was in some pain but nothing unbearable. Today July 23, 2015 I went back to Fayetteville Plastic Surgery for my Post Op appointment. The staff was again was very friendly and welcoming just like before. When it comes to the results of my surgery, I have to give Dr. Ortiz and his staff two thumbs up because I could not be happier with my results and the care I received. Many have asked me if I would do it over again and my answer is YES and I recommend Dr. Ortiz to everyone I talk to about my surgery. If you or someone you know is considering plastic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz at Fayetteville Plastic Surgery because he done an amazing job with my surgery and I could not be happier.
